St. Eustatius - Fire in Fort Oranje - On Wednesday the 28th of September, the police received a notification about a fire in a room in Fort Oranje on St. Eustatius.
When the fire brigade arrived, some bystanders had already extinguished the fire on the outside of the building with buckets of water. After entering the building, it was found that there was no longer a fire, but that there was a lot of smoke development. STUCO was notified to turn off the power.
