Police report of Monday, February 27th until Friday, March 3rd 2023 St. Eustatius

St. Eustatius - Scooter theft - On Wednesday, March 1st , the theft of a white Piaggio scooter, model Fly, was reported. The scooter was parked, locked, outside the gate of a residence on the Road to Upper Round Hill. Between Tuesday, February 28th and Wednesday, March 1st , unknown persons took the scooter. The case is under investigation.
Traffic control
On Tuesday, February 28th , a planned traffic control was held at the Father van Tevelenweg, where 10 motor vehicles, including 9 cars and 1 scooter, were stopped and checked. One fine was issued for driving without a license. Furthermore, all drivers were informed about the new Sint Eustatius Road Traffic Ordinance 2022.
